
This Endowment Chair was instituted with the support of Reliance Industries Limited. The Chair will be undertaking extensive fundamental and applied research in the areas of Corporate Governance, Accountability, Corporate Ethics, Shareholder’s Democracy, etc. Besides this, dissemination of legal information and law reform are the other two key areas of the Chair’s activity.
