TC904 | Transformative Constitutionalism

The niche area of our Public Policy Course is the interphase between policy and law.  The manner in which policy and law are intertwined is largely determined by the Constitution. In turn the contours of a constitution are influenced by the type of constitutionalism that exists globally and in a particular country during a particular epoch. This course will examine the evolution of constitutionalism in an inter-disciplinary manner since it helps to decipher the entire legal regime and the system of governance.
