Vishak Abraham is a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He has over 14 years of experience in private equity and private M&A. He also has significant experience in corporate restructuring, and advising clients on entry and exit strategies, not only on behalf of leading PE players but also of undertaking complex transactions on behalf of promoters.
