Profile

Sidharth has spent eleven years as a faculty member at the NALSAR University, Hyderabad. He has previously worked as a Law Clerk under the Chief Justice of India K.G. Balakrishnan at the Supreme Court of India (2008-2010). He has also taught at NLSIU from 2011 to 2013.

His main fields of engagement are Indian Constitutional Law, Legal Philosophy and Comparative Law. Apart from teaching courses related to these fields at NALSAR University, he has served in administrative committees that facilitated internal examinations, guest lectures and international exchange programmes. He was the faculty advisor for student-led initiatives such as the Public Policy Group (2015-2024), NALSAR Student Law Review (2017-2024) and the annual ‘Courts and the Constitution’ Conference (2019-2024).

Going forward, he hopes to deepen his teaching and research engagements in his chosen fields while also contributing to curriculum development efforts and continuing legal education programmes aimed at strengthening other law schools in India.
