This course is meant to provide public policy students with an insight into two instrumentalities of law-the Judicial and the Legislative technique that helps convert policy formulation into enforceable actions. AND
To demonstrate the reality of pulls and pressures in favour of or against the implementation of constitutional goals with the help of, or using, either or both the techniques mentioned above.
