CDM214 | Democracy, Markets and Diversity

The course develops on prior courses in Masters in Public Policy (MPP) which have separately talked about democracy, markets, and diversity in courses that entail political science, sociology, and economics. Specifically, the course builds on the course of ‘social transformation’ that also talks about social inequality. To allay the fears that the course is like social transformation course, it must be pointed out that it specifically deals with the impact of market on group inequalities.
