Biography
Mr. Maheshwara is an Advocate practicing before the High Court of Karnataka and the trial Courts at Bangalore since 1994. He is an alumnus of the Law School and has been teaching since 2003. He teaches Litigation Advocacy – Civil, Criminal & Constitutional, a clinical course and Socio-economic Crimes, a seminar course for the Vth year, B.A., LL.B (Hons) students. He teaches Human Rights Litigation & Advocacy for the LL.M students. He also addresses officers of various institutions on procedural laws during their Training Programs.
