Profile

Megha has previously worked with the Shiv Nadar University as an Assistant Professor in the Department of History and Archaeology. In 2022, she was a senior researcher with the International Centre of Advanced Studies ‘Metamorphoses of the Political’ (ICAS:MP). She has worked as a Teaching Fellow in History at the Ashoka University for two years and has also worked as an Academic Associate at the BITS School of Management in Mumbai.

Her areas of interest are Social History, Labour Studies, Urban Planning, and Gender Relations in Contemporary India. She has undertaken research work for the Association of Indian Labour Historians (AILH), and has served as an Archives Consultant. She has also worked for the Centre for Education and Communication (CEC), in New Delhi.

She enjoys trekking and hiking. She is also fond of playing badminton, creating her own walking tours, and charting the city’s culinary heritage.
