Profile
After graduating from NALSAR, Stuti joined Trilegal’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team while also serving as adjunct faculty at Mount Carmel College. At Trilegal, Stuti was involved in cutting edge technology transactions and advising clients in IP and data protection law, in addition to working on data law and policy and drafting comments to the Indian Government on matters relating to emerging technology.
At Columbia Law, Stuti has been focussing on criminal justice, gender justice, and comparative law. She was a staffer on the Columbia Journal of Gender and Law, and a board member of the Criminal Justice Action Network. Stuti was also awarded the LL.M. Pathways Public Interest and Government Fellowship, which gave her the opportunity to work with Reprieve U.S. on policy advocacy regarding capital punishment and with clients on the death row. She is currently working with African American Policy Forum and Children of Incarcerated Caregivers, and has worked in the past with Broadway Advocacy Coalition and Sanctuary for Families.
