Profile
Vijetha has previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Justice V. Ramasubramanian at the Supreme Court of India, primarily focussing on labour and service matters. Thereafter, she trained under Senior Advocate, Mr. Neeraj Kishan Kaul at the Supreme Court of India and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. Vijetha has worked as a Research Assistant in a series of academic projects including at the Centre for Human Rights Studies at the Jindal Global Law School, and the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Fundamental and Human Rights. She has also independently conducted several labour, service and family law matters before the High Courts of Delhi and Madras.
Vijetha’s research interests include the regulation of informal work, the interplay of constitutional and labour law, labour history and the sociology of law.
