Inviting Applications for Empanelment as Statutory Auditors

NLSIU invites applications from reputed Chartered Accountants/ firms for empanelment as a Statutory Auditor. The applicants, who intend to participate in the empanelment process, may submit their application in the prescribed format. The application form can be downloaded from the document attached below.
The application complete in all respects shall be submitted only through registered post/speed post in the manner specified in the document “Notice Inviting Application for Empanelment as Statutory Auditors.”
Last date for receiving application has been extended to 14.09.2021. Application received after due date and time will not be considered. NLSIU reserves the right to accept or reject any application in full or part without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Scope of services in the Annexure 4 in the previous tender documents provided here has been revised as under:
Annexure 4 – Revised Scope of Services
1. Statutory Audit of the NLSIU as per the ICAI Rules.
2. Filing of all the Statutory Returns & representing NLSIU in all taxation proceedings
before Tax Authorities for contract period as well as previous years.
