Kannada Gottilla? Join Our Conversational Kannada Classes at NLSIU

Interested in taking up Kannada classes? NLSIU has partnered with Kannada Gottilla, a Kannada language learning platform, to conduct sessions to orient and teach our students, faculty & staff in daily conversational Kannada. The classes will be conducted in hybrid mode for a period of 35 days.

At the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the basics of conversational Kannada required to navigate the city and its services, aiding effective communication with locals.

Mode of delivery

1. Total 5 classroom sessions: Pronouns, simple sentences with formula, verbs, -ing form, most used tenses and formula to remember it, basic conversations, games and interactive sessions.

2. 30 WhatsApp classes: Daily usage words, sentences and daily assignments.

Please note: The venue and the dates will be decided based on the number of responses received and communicated soon.

Who can enrol?

Students, faculty and staff who are interested in learning the basics of conversational Kannada may enrol for the classes.
