Chandrashekar joined NLSIU in 2002 as a Technical Assistant in the IT department (formerly Computer department). He has also worked as a Training Centre Officer before transitioning into his current role in the Department of Professional and Continuing Education (PACE). Prior to NLSIU, he has worked as a Hardware Engineer across various companies including Zenith, HCL, Apple Dealers, and Godrej Computer Dealers.
