Prior to her role at NLSIU, she was a Senior Resident Fellow at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, where she led research on institutional, legislative, and policy reforms aimed at improving India’s justice system. Additionally, she has experience as a compliance counsel at a technology company.

Reshma holds a Master of Arts degree in Governance, Development, and Public Policy from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, BA LLB (Hons.), from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) in Kochi.

Areas of interest: Her research interests include legal sector reforms, law and technology, governance and service delivery, and inclusive politics.

In her free time, she enjoys music, gardening, and reading fiction.
