Shinjini is a Corporate Law enthusiast and has a passion for engaging in research in varied legal issues. She has published papers in various Journals focusing on areas of Human Rights laws as well as Corporate Law. Shinjini is an avid mooter and has received an Excellent Advocacy Award for the Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot held in London in the year 2022. She has participated in moots like B. P. Saraf Tax Law Moot and has also coached teams for their participation in varied moots.

Shinjini graduated from National Law University Odisha, thereafter she did her Master’s in Competition Law from King’s College London. Her dissertation focused on Algorithmic Collusions and cartels and their impact on Competition law through the lens of Information Exchange and Agreements.

Areas of interest: She is keenly interested in Public Policy and has interned with organizations like Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy and Centre for Civil Society.
